2020 Australian Go Census

Many thanks for taking part in this survey!

This is the annual Australian Go Census, which attempts to get a picture of the game of go in Australia - who's playing it, how, what they want to see change or keep on, etc.

This survey is open to everyone who plays or has played go in Australia within the last 12 months, no matter how much or how little. If you've just played your first game yesterday, we'd love your input! If you've been playing for 50 years and are a 9P, we'd also enjoy your perspective!

The data from this census, once properly anonymised, is made publicly available to whoever would like a copy. There will be a link at the end to a different survey for those who desire a copy of the data to enter an e-mail address, and a copy will be sent to that e-mail address when the census is complete. This is done to ensure absolute maximum anonymity for participants. Obviously, this list of addresses will be used for this purpose only, and deleted immediately after.

If you would like a copy and don't want to give an address, links to the data will be distributed on several platforms - the QGS Facebook group, the AGA Facebook group, the QLD and ANZ Go subreddits, the OGS forums, and others.

There are 27 questions in this survey.
